A former industrial site in the heart of Kingston-upon-Thames in close proximity to the Train station and with excellent access into Central London.
The site has existing planning consent for a mixed-use, residential led development, which CoCity is currently seeking to enhance so as to deliver an increase in much needed housing within the Borough and provide its unique community-centred flexible living model to the area, delivering both quality and affordability.
